About the Role

As a seasoned security consultant, you'll advise federal agencies, aviation operators, and government contractors on designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive physical security programs. Your expertise will shape how organizations protect their most critical assets while meeting stringent federal requirements and industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough security assessments and vulnerability analyses for aviation facilities and federal installations
• Develop and recommend tailored security solutions aligned with TSA, FAA, DHS, and other regulatory frameworks
• Design physical security systems including access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, and threat detection
• Lead risk assessments and help clients prioritize security investments based on threat profiles and operational needs
• Advise on security policies, procedures, and best practices across client organizations
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and construction professionals to integrate security into facility design and renovation projects
• Stay current with evolving federal security standards and emerging threats in the aviation and federal sectors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8+ years of physical security consulting or related federal/aviation security experience
• Demonstrated expertise in federal security regulations and compliance frameworks
• Strong background in security system design, risk assessment, or security operations
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Current or ability to obtain relevant security clearances a plus
• Proven track record managing high-stakes client relationships and leading successful security initiatives
