Headway is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver virtual therapy services while based in Turner, Marion County. This full-time position offers compensation up to $120 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with couples and families
• Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
• Accept and process insurance payments through Headway's integrated platform
• Manage your practice schedule and client relationships independently
• Build and expand your client base using Headway's tools

What We're Looking For

• Active LMFT license or eligibility to practice in Turner, Marion County
• Professional experience delivering marriage and family therapy
• Confidence with virtual platforms and digital tools
• Commitment to clinical excellence and ethical standards
• Interest in independent practice ownership and growth
