Senior Middleware Administrator

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial technology organization seeking a Senior Middleware Administrator based in Colombia. In this role, you will manage critical third-party applications that support enterprise products and services. Your core responsibilities include Redis administration, RabbitMQ administration, service bus management, and application server oversight. Day-to-day work involves troubleshooting complex issues, parsing log files to identify root causes, applying patches to third-party products, and performing server administration tasks across both Windows and Linux environments. You will serve as a key technical resource ensuring system stability and performance.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing third-party middleware products in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong English fluency for technical communication and documentation
• Redis administration experience
• RabbitMQ administration experience
• Citrix XenApp administration experience
• Apache Tomcat administration
• Windows Server administration
• Linux Server administration
• Azure Service Bus administration

Preferred skills:

• Citrix provisioning services patching experience
• PowerShell script writing capabilities
• WordPress administration or LAMP stack management experience
• IIS administration
• Elastic Stack administration and report writing
• Secure file transfer protocol experience
