Senior Manager Performance Marketing (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and marketing organization seeking a Senior Manager Performance Marketing to lead strategic initiatives across digital channels. In this role, you will:

• Shape the strategic direction of performance marketing by developing innovative approaches for client projects and new-business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end pitch processes, building compelling cases and presentations, and lead client meetings at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Serve as the central interface for complex cross-functional projects, ensuring structured and efficient collaboration between advisory, new-business, and specialist teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, bringing cross-channel perspectives and innovative thinking to projects.
• Challenge existing processes and develop scalable structures and workflows to continuously improve collaboration and quality.
• Translate complex topics into accessible communications, align diverse interests, and maintain confident communication in dynamic situations.
• Monitor market trends, emerging developments, and best practices to help establish forward-thinking solutions and strategies for clients.

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in marketing, media, business, communications, or digital media.
• Several years of experience in performance, digital, or media environments with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or client accounts.
• Strategic, cross-channel thinking with the ability to quickly recognize connections and present strategic recommendations to different audiences.
• Strong communication skills with confident presentation abilities and high empathy when working with clients and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and resilience—you maintain oversight during dynamic project phases, prioritize effectively, and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and serve as a connecting force within complex projects.
• Analytical understanding with comfort working with KPIs, data, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
