Senior M365 Administrator / Solution Architect (m/w/d) – 1444

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking a Senior M365 Administrator / Solution Architect to join their team in Leipzig. In this role, you will take ownership of the administration, enhancement, and technical design of modern Microsoft environments. You'll bridge cloud technologies with traditional infrastructure components while maintaining oversight of hybrid IT landscapes.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Administering and advancing Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments
• Configuring Intune policies, applications, and device configurations
• Implementing zero-touch client onboarding and software distribution using WinGet
• Managing Entra ID, including app registrations, app assignments, user accounts, and dynamic groups
• Supporting and developing hybrid IT environments
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 and resolving complex issues spanning client, cloud, and server components
• Designing and implementing technical solutions for internal and client projects
• Providing advisory services and support to clients

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Several years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and modern endpoint management concepts
• Proven experience with hybrid IT infrastructures and traditional server services
• Analytical and structured working approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Independent, client-focused working style
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
