Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join their remote recruitment team. This is a full-time contractor position based in the United States, working with a team that specializes in technology staffing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can source, qualify, and engage IT professionals across multiple channels. You'll work closely with project leadership to ensure candidate quality and maintain strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and match qualified IT candidates using company databases, professional networks, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews to determine qualifications and assess fit against technical requirements
• Verify references and compare candidate qualifications to position specifications
• Build and maintain effective relationships with professional networks to continuously source qualified talent
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates to gauge interest in current and future opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company database
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and communicate new opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of recruitment experience required
• Technical or IT recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills
• Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed goals
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer proficiency and comfort with recruiting technology
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting one-on-one interviews and candidate conversations
• Professional and charismatic demeanor
