ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a ServiceNow CLM Consultant to join their technology team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will:

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation within the platform
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Support data migration activities, testing, UAT, and deployment phases
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Background in banking or financial services is highly preferred
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization capabilities
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications
• Demonstrated experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience supporting data migration and testing activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certification is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia
