HRD / HR Business Partner

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization with globally distributed remote teams. We're seeking an experienced HRD / HR Business Partner to support a core business unit operating across multiple countries and time zones.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain. You'll partner with multinational teams and leadership to drive workforce effectiveness and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive personnel effectiveness within the business unit, ensuring employees contribute to strategic goals and financial targets
• Manage staffing levels and quality, ensuring successful probationary completions and optimal team composition
• Build and maintain strong employee engagement and retention, creating an environment where team members are motivated to grow and take on new challenges
• Implement and enforce HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence
• Monitor and measure satisfaction levels among managers and employees regarding HR function delivery

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of successful HR Business Partner or HR Director experience in an international digital, IT, or product-focused company
• Proven ability to implement and execute core HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, performance evaluation, and offboarding
• Experience managing payroll budgets, analyzing turnover, measuring efficiency, and driving employee engagement with demonstrable impact on these metrics
• Operational experience in compensation and benefits and HR analytics
• Results-driven mindset focused on development, achievement, and innovation rather than purely procedural approaches
• High persistence and proven ability to achieve results in challenging situations
• Goal-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking using numbers, facts, and data
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent stress tolerance and ability to manage uncertainty and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong command of both Russian and English is required
