About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal-compliance software organization seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a fully remote position based in Germany. Our client operates at the intersection of AI-assisted development and enterprise-grade software delivery, where quality and auditability are non-negotiable.

This role is for an architect-minded developer who understands that the era of agentic workflows has fundamentally shifted how we build software. You'll orchestrate AI coding agents to produce deterministic, production-ready solutions while solving the hard problems that LLMs cannot yet handle autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to eliminate hallucinations in business logic generated by AI coding agents
• Optimize working memory and context management for AI tools when working with existing database schemas and legacy codebases
• Develop guardrails to prevent infrastructure drift when AI agents autonomously modify Terraform configurations
• Create efficient workflows for reviewing AI-generated code while maximizing the human-in-the-loop capacity
• Build audit-safe.NET and React applications in a legal-compliance environment using AI-assisted development tooling
• Collaborate within SCRUM teams to deliver enterprise software solutions
• Define and refine rules and chain-of-thought prompts that ensure AI outputs comply with organizational guidelines and security standards

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in.NET (version 9/10) and React with TypeScript—you spot anti-patterns before linting tools do
• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture patterns and their appropriate applications and trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms
• Strong foundation in infrastructure-as-code principles, particularly with Terraform
• Experience working with MS-SQL databases in enterprise contexts
• Ability to think in terms of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and deterministic outputs from probabilistic systems
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively in diverse technical teams
• SCRUM or agile development experience
• German language proficiency preferred for this Germany-based remote role
