Senior Frontend Angular Developer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization in Hamburg seeking a Senior Frontend Angular Developer. Our client builds responsive, accessible web applications for both public and private sector organizations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with real societal impact, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across UX, design, backend development, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using structured, standards-compliant HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Build frontend applications primarily with Angular, with additional work in React
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX designers, project managers, and client stakeholders in agile project environments
• Support requirements analysis, write technical specifications, and evaluate solutions for technical feasibility
• Contribute to the evolution of existing architectures with your technical input
• Provide technical consultation to clients and colleagues
• Analyze and optimize existing development processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and ES6
• Strong understanding of core Angular concepts with multiple years of practical experience in Angular and the Angular ecosystem
• Initial experience with the React framework
• Solid grasp of Clean Code principles
• Applied knowledge of Atomic Design and BEM methodologies
• Practical experience in requirements analysis and specification writing is desirable
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for close collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for creative solutions and enthusiasm for coding in agile environments
