This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal leadership to our Market Access Commercial Business Unit, supporting complex negotiations and regulatory compliance that directly impact patient access to breakthrough therapies.

Position Summary

As Senior Director Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to Regeneron's Market Access division, delivering proactive and collaborative counsel on complex commercial and regulatory matters. Your role combines strategic foresight with practical guidance, ensuring the organization navigates the evolving landscape of payer relations, reimbursement strategy, and market access operations with legal excellence. You will work across multiple internal stakeholders to address high-impact legal challenges and support the successful commercialization of our innovative pharmaceutical products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Advise the Market Access Commercial Business Unit on legal matters related to payer strategy, contracting, and regulatory compliance
• Provide counsel on national and regional payer account management and negotiation strategy
• Support market access initiatives with legal analysis of competing priorities, market conditions, and commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, medical, and regulatory affairs to align legal strategy with business objectives
• Review and manage legal documentation, agreements, and compliance matters affecting market access operations
• Identify emerging legal risks and opportunities within the market access landscape

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical law, healthcare law, or corporate counsel roles
• Deep understanding of market access, payer relations, and reimbursement in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial negotiations and agreements
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and ability to balance legal risk with commercial opportunity
• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership required
