Field Sales Representative

AT&T is hiring a Field Sales Representative to work directly with customers in Mcdonough, Henry County. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll deliver personalized service and showcase our latest technology solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You'll represent our full suite of wireless, broadband, and entertainment services, earning uncapped commission rewards based on your performance. What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations to understand customer communication and connectivity needs
• Present AT&T's latest technology offerings, including 5G wireless, fiber broadband, and digital entertainment services
• Negotiate terms, structure deals, and close sales while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent effort and strategy
• Document customer interactions and sales activity using AT&T systems and tools

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales, outside sales, or direct-to-customer sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve sales targets and earn commission-based rewards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home customer visits
• Ability to work independently while meeting accountability standards and reporting requirements
• Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for in-home customer meetings
