Lead HR Business Partner

AT&T is hiring a Lead HR Business Partner in Simpsonville, Howard County, to serve as a strategic human resources leader supporting our Consumer Sales organization. This full-time role is based on-site and offers the opportunity to shape workforce strategy, drive organizational performance, and build stronger employee engagement across a dynamic business unit.

About the Role

As Lead HR Business Partner, you'll be the primary HR advisor for the Consumer Sales Client, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies. You'll partner closely with business leadership to understand talent needs, anticipate workforce challenges, and deliver human resources solutions that accelerate growth and performance.

What You'll Do

• Align HR initiatives with business goals to strengthen organizational effectiveness and drive measurable results
• Champion workforce development programs that improve talent retention, capability, and readiness
• Partner with leadership teams on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
• Support talent management activities including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning
• Foster a positive workplace culture by identifying and addressing employee experience gaps
• Provide expert HR counsel on policy, compliance, and employee relations matters
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR leader, or similar strategic HR role within a large organization
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into effective people solutions
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience analyzing workforce data and using insights to drive strategic decisions
• Understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and company policies
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and customer orientation
