About the Role

As a Medical Account Specialist II, you will be the clinical and strategic bridge between Regeneron's neurology portfolio and the healthcare providers and institutions in your region. You'll work across academic medical centers, specialty practices, integrated delivery networks, and community-based care settings to advance clinical awareness and patient outcomes. This role combines relationship management, clinical expertise, and business acumen to achieve meaningful impact in rare neurological disease treatment.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with neurology specialists, practice administrators, and clinical stakeholders within your assigned geography
• Deliver evidence-based clinical messaging tailored to each care setting's needs and patient populations
• Provide education on Regeneron's neurology programs and treatment options to healthcare teams
• Support patient access initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams on program implementation
• Track engagement activities and report on key metrics to demonstrate territory performance
• Identify market opportunities and collaborate with leadership to address unmet clinical needs
• Maintain detailed account knowledge and develop actionable strategies for each stakeholder segment

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a medical sales, account management, or clinical liaison role, ideally in specialty pharma or healthcare
• Strong understanding of neurology, healthcare delivery models, or specialty medicine environments
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with diverse audiences from clinicians to administrators
• Self-directed approach with ability to set priorities, manage multiple accounts, and drive results independently
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership mentality, and commitment to customer success
• Ability to synthesize clinical data and translate it into compelling, relevant conversations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare or related field
