Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Specialist to drive relationships and business growth across medical facilities and healthcare providers in Central Illinois, including High Meadows and Peoria County. In this full-time position, you'll partner with oncologists, nurses, and clinical teams to deliver evidence-based information about our therapeutics and build lasting partnerships that improve patient care.

About the Role

As an Oncology Account Specialist at Regeneron, you'll serve as the bridge between our company and the healthcare professionals who treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). You'll manage relationships across diverse account types—including academic medical centers, multi-specialty group practices, integrated delivery networks, and independent community oncology clinics—while executing strategies that strengthen our market presence and support clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Engage oncology teams and healthcare professionals with clinically rigorous information about Regeneron's oncology portfolio
  • Develop and execute account plans that grow revenue and advance product adoption within your assigned territory
  • Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, medical directors, and clinical staff at academic and community practices
  • Present therapeutic value propositions and clinical data to support informed treatment decisions
  • Meet sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of medical accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Track account metrics and report on progress toward revenue and market penetration objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated sales or account management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
  • Strong understanding of oncology, healthcare systems, and healthcare professional decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate clinical science for diverse audiences
  • Self-motivation and proven ability to independently build and manage multiple complex accounts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned Central Illinois territory
