Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Medical Affairs–Strategic Business Planning & Execution to join our team in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the operational backbone of our Neurology Franchise and contribute directly to the future of medicine.

About the Role

As Associate Director, Medical Affairs–Strategic Business Planning & Execution, you will serve as the central project management partner to the Global Medical Affairs Head and Medical Directors across our Neurology Franchise. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, ideal for a strategically minded operator who thrives at the intersection of planning, coordination, and execution within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on project management support to the Global Medical Affairs Head and Medical Directors within the Neurology Franchise.
• Act as the principal operational liaison, collaborating fluidly across functions and with all relevant Product Committees.
• Facilitate the exchange of information, surface and escalate issues, and drive matters through to resolution.
• Support strategic business planning initiatives and help translate franchise priorities into coordinated, executable activities.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, ideally within Medical Affairs or a broader pharmaceutical or life sciences setting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and committee stakeholders effectively.
• Skilled in information sharing, issue escalation, and problem resolution across complex, matrixed teams.
• Comfortable operating as a key operational contributor in support of a specialized therapeutic franchise such as Neurology.
