Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is hiring a full-time Manager, Internal Medicine, Clinical Scientist (Immune/Inflammatory) in Tarrytown, Westchester County, to help shape the science behind innovative clinical development programs.

About the Role

As a Manager, Internal Medicine, Clinical Scientist focused on immune and inflammatory disease, you will support the design, evaluation, and delivery of clinical studies that drive a development program forward. Based on-site in Tarrytown, you will collaborate within a matrix structure, partnering across functions to safeguard the scientific integrity and accurate interpretation of study data. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to candidate development and advance therapies in the immune/inflammatory space at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, planning, and executing clinical studies across a clinical development program.
• Evaluate study designs and contribute to the scientific direction of immune and inflammatory research.
• Ensure the scientific integrity and sound interpretation of clinical study data.
• Work within a cross-functional, matrixed team to align goals and deliverables.
• Support candidate development activities as part of the broader program strategy.

Qualifications

• Background and training in clinical science, with experience relevant to immune and inflammatory disease areas.
• Familiarity with the planning, conduct, and evaluation of clinical studies.
• Ability to interpret and uphold the integrity of clinical study data.
• Strong collaboration skills suited to a matrix, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tarrytown, Westchester County (this is not a remote position).
