Real Estate Global FP&A Lead

AIG Insurance is hiring a Real Estate Global FP&A Lead for our Wilton, Fairfield County office. In this full-time role, you'll report to the Real Estate CFO and lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across our global real estate portfolio, driving strategic decisions that shape how we manage and optimize one of our most valuable asset classes.

About the Role

As the Real Estate Global FP&A Lead, you'll own end-to-end financial planning and analysis for our global lease and real estate holdings. You'll manage budgeting cycles, oversee expense control, administer our lease and real estate portfolio, and deliver insights that guide capital allocation and operational efficiency. This is a strategic position where your financial expertise directly impacts business outcomes at the enterprise level.

What You'll Do

• Direct global financial planning and analysis for real estate assets, including budget development, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis
• Administer global lease and real estate portfolio accounting and reporting
• Own expense management and cost optimization across the real estate footprint
• Build financial models and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards
• Analyze real estate market trends, performance metrics, and portfolio composition
• Work cross-functionally with property, finance, and operational teams to align planning with strategy
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance experience, preferably in real estate or real estate-related functions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with lease accounting standards and real estate portfolio management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
