About the Role

As a Senior Property Condition Assessor at CBRE, you will produce in-depth Property Condition Reports that document building deficiencies through the lens of a seasoned professional. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out walk-through surveys to evaluate the overall condition of commercial properties.
• Inspect and assess mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for performance and remaining service life.

• Review interior and exterior building elements, identifying observable deficiencies.
• Compile complex, well-organized Property Condition Reports that capture and prioritize findings.

Qualifications
