As a Maintenance Associate at CBRE in Rock Hill, you'll handle a broad mix of custodial, building, and general maintenance tasks on a consistent 8-hour day shift. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine custodial and cleaning duties to keep facilities safe, tidy, and presentable.
- Build the skills needed to complete basic preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
- Support repair work on equipment, fixtures, and systems as directed by the technical services team.
- Help maintain interior and exterior building areas to a consistent standard.

Qualifications

- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
