About the Role

As an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Comcast in our Sebring community, delivering exceptional service and smart recommendations to every customer who walks through the door. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from consultation to account setup—while building lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers. This is a full-time position on the front lines of retail, where your communication skills and product knowledge directly drive results.

What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their connectivity, entertainment, and communication needs
• Recommend and sell Xfinity internet, TV, phone, and mobile services tailored to each customer's lifestyle
• Process transactions, manage accounts, and troubleshoot service questions at the point of sale
• Explain service features, pricing, promotions, and equipment options in clear, jargon-free language
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Keep the retail environment organized, professional, and welcoming for walk-in customers
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and Xfinity service innovations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales or customer service experience in retail, telecommunications, or a related field
