About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter on Comcast's Corporate Recruiting team, you will own full-cycle hiring for professional and corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to find, engage, and secure exceptional talent. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at the William Penn Annex East in Philadelphia County, ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for corporate roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and modern sourcing tools.
