About the Role

As a Healthcare Consulting Associate focused on Mid Revenue Cycle, you'll support healthcare clients in streamlining their patient collections, accounts receivable, and billing operations. You'll contribute to consulting engagements that help healthcare systems reduce costs, improve cash flow, and build more resilient financial management capabilities. This role offers hands-on experience in revenue cycle consulting, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver measurable improvements for our healthcare clients.

What You'll Do

• Analyze mid-revenue cycle workflows, including patient collections, claims management, and accounts receivable processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement across healthcare client organizations
• Gather and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders and clinical leadership
• Prepare data analyses, process maps, and findings to support client recommendations
• Support implementation of revenue cycle improvements and best practices
• Contribute to consulting deliverables and presentations for healthcare leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful consulting project execution

What We're Looking For
