About the Role
As a Digital Consulting Senior Associate-Oracle EPM (Planning) at Huron Consulting Group, you will partner with clients to design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Planning environments. Based in the Illinois Medical District in Chicago, this full-time, on-site position places you at the center of digital and operational transformation engagements, translating business goals into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle EPM Planning modules to align with client budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, map processes, and recommend practical EPM solutions.
- Support clients through digital transformation initiatives, driving strategic growth and lasting change.
- Troubleshoot, test, and refine planning models to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Share expertise and guidance to help clients confidently own their future.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, particularly Planning applications.
- A consulting mindset combining analytical strength, creativity, and clear communication.
- Ability to work directly with clients on-site in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago.
- Comfort navigating complex, evolving business environments and delivering under deadlines.
