About the Role

As a director within Huron’s Oracle Cloud practice, you will partner with clients across industries to design, implement, and govern risk‑management frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will oversee delivery teams, ensure solution quality, and drive thought‑leadership in cloud risk and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Direct end‑to‑end consulting projects focused on Oracle Cloud risk assessment, control design, and mitigation strategies.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) best practices for Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Develop tailored risk‑management methodologies, including control matrices, testing plans, and continuous monitoring approaches.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of consultants, assigning workstreams, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud releases, security features, and emerging risk trends to keep service offerings relevant.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and representing Huron at industry events.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud consulting services with a strong emphasis on risk, controls, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, EPM, CX) and related risk management frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical risk concepts into clear business recommendations for executives and audit committees.
• Strong leadership skills, including team building, performance coaching, and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable facilitating workshops and executive briefings.
