Social Media Manager

FREEMAN is seeking a Social Media Manager for our Highland Park, Dallas office to lead our digital presence across social platforms and amplify our mission to redefine live events for a new era. As a full-time Social Media Manager, you'll build community, drive engagement, and tell compelling stories that connect audiences with exhibitions, events, and industry insights.

What This Role Involves

As a Social Media Manager at FREEMAN, you'll own the strategy and execution of our social media presence across all major platforms. You'll create and curate content that reflects our data-driven approach to events and showcases the expertise of our industry-leading network. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and analytics-driven decision-making, helping us engage audiences before, during, and after our events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with our event portfolio and company initiatives
• Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, questions, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally
• Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and audience growth
• Collaborate with events, marketing, and communications teams to amplify major campaigns and announcements
• Identify trends and opportunities to keep FREEMAN's social presence fresh, relevant, and competitive
• Support the promotion of exhibitions and events through targeted social media campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt voice across platforms and audiences
• Demonstrated understanding of social media trends, best practices, and algorithm dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with event promotion, B2B marketing, or corporate communications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
