About the Role
As a Relationship Banker with Bank of America, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor for clients throughout the Hampton Roads region. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial needs and life circumstances
- Recommend and present Bank of America's full range of banking products and services, including checking, savings, investment, and credit solutions
- Conduct financial needs assessments and provide personalized guidance to clients
- Process account openings, applications, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet service and sales metrics while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions
- Participate in community engagement and relationship-building activities across the Hampton Roads Market
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in a sales or relationship-building environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations
- Proficiency with banking systems and technology platforms
- Willingness to work retail banking hours, including some weekends and evenings
- Ability to pass a background check
