We're looking for a full-time banking professional ready to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships in the heart of Atlanta's financial community.
About the Role
As a Relationship Banker at our Howell Mill Financial Center, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to Bank of America customers, understanding their financial goals and guiding them toward solutions that matter. In this full-time position, you'll balance exceptional customer service with proactive product knowledge, creating meaningful banking experiences that strengthen relationships and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and conduct consultative conversations to uncover their financial goals and challenges
- Present and cross-sell Bank of America's full suite of banking products, from checking and savings accounts to credit cards, personal loans, and investment services
- Guide customers through account opening, account maintenance, and transaction processes
- Educate customers about digital banking tools and services that enhance their financial lives
- Support customer loan applications and credit requests through the review and approval process
- Build a personal customer base through relationship development and referrals
- Consistently meet service quality and sales performance metrics
- Uphold banking regulations, compliance standards, and company policies in all customer interactions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in retail or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales orientation with genuine interest in helping customers
- Comfort with banking systems and core computer skills
- Willingness to work a retail banking schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
