About the Role
As a Senior Station Manager for Amazon Logistics (AMZL), you'll oversee all operational, financial, and people development functions at a busy delivery station. You'll build and lead a leadership team including Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Shift Managers, setting the standard for service excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced logistics, distribution, or operations environment

- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of developing and coaching managers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Willingness to relocate or travel within a 50-mile radius to meet operational needs
