About the Role

As a supervisory lead, you will direct daily activities related to sourcing, order processing, and inventory coordination across multiple shifts. The role focuses on maintaining high accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and enforcing compliance with federal background‑check standards for all supervisor hires.

What You'll Do

• Supervise team members on the 61E LP‑1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to ensure smooth sourcing and order workflow.
• Monitor order entry, picking, packing, and shipping processes to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transportation partners, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct or oversee required supervisor screenings, including federal seven‑year address history, name verification, and three‑year employment verification through the local Adecco branch, plus a verbal confirmation step.
• Maintain records of screening results and ensure they are completed prior to any assignment start date.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to shift leads and associates.
• Report key performance indicators and operational metrics to management.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in supervising sourcing, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of shift‑based workflows and the ability to manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift teams.
• Familiarity with federal background‑check requirements for supervisor positions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing.
• Effective communication abilities to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Capability to maintain confidential screening documentation and follow verification procedures.
