About the Role
Valley Senior Living is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants for our August cohort training program. This part-time position offers a clear pathway to certification with competitive compensation from day one. You'll work in a supportive healthcare environment serving seniors with dignity and compassionate care.
Training & Compensation
The intensive 4-week CNA training class runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, from July 27 through August 21. Our structured pay model rewards your commitment at each stage:
- During training: $17.55 per hour
- Upon completing the class: $20.30 per hour
- Upon obtaining your CNA certification: $23.00 per hour
- Part-time sign-on bonus: $500 upon certification
- Generous shift differentials for extended or evening hours
What You'll Do
As a CNA in our senior living community, you'll provide essential direct care services, including:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Monitoring and reporting resident health status and comfort to nursing staff
- Supporting residents' dignity, independence, and emotional well-being
- Maintaining clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborating with nursing teams to deliver quality care
What We're Looking For

- Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely

- Reliability and professional demeanor in a healthcare setting
