About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Four Mile Lk. You'll work in a structured environment where precision, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures are essential. This is a full-time position focused on hands-on assembly work.

What You'll Do

• Set up workstations and prepare assembly areas according to specifications
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation
• Gather and organize required parts, tools, and materials for each assembly task
• Assemble subassemblies and complete finished products following standardized procedures
• Verify assemblies meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain organized and clean work areas

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on work (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, procedure-driven environment
• Reliable and punctual work attendance
• Willingness to learn new assembly techniques and processes
