Role Overview

In this position, you'll take ownership of time tracking and absence management systems that support organizational compliance and employee experience. You'll architect solutions, configure Workday HCM modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR operations. Your expertise will directly impact how efficiently the company manages workforce scheduling, leave administration, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday HCM time tracking and absence management modules aligned with business requirements
• Gather requirements from stakeholders across departments and translate them into system solutions
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption and user proficiency
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support to end users
• Document configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures for organizational knowledge
• Execute testing initiatives to validate system functionality and data accuracy
• Coordinate with IT and consulting partners on system integrations and Workday updates

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing Workday HCM, with particular expertise in time tracking and absence functionality
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ACA compliance, and leave management regulations
