About the Role
As an Oncology Account Executive at AbbVie, you'll own a defined territory in the Tampa area, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare providers. You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, responsible for understanding their clinical needs, delivering product education, and ensuring successful implementation and utilization of AbbVie's oncology portfolio.

- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with provider goals and AbbVie's growth objectives
- Build trusted relationships with oncologists, hospital administrators, pharmacy leaders, and clinical decision-makers
- Present clinical data, product benefits, and treatment solutions tailored to each account's patient population and therapeutic focus
- Collaborate with clinical specialists, medical science liaisons, and internal teams to address customer needs and drive product adoption
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on territory growth and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and compliance documentation
- Stay current on oncology treatment trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare market dynamics in your region
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in oncology or specialty care
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
- Ability to learn complex scientific and clinical information quickly and communicate it effectively
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and territory management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your assigned territory
