About the Role

As a Healthcare Consulting Associate focused on Physician Enterprise Access & Consumer, you will partner with leading healthcare organizations to strengthen patient access, refine consumer engagement, and advance growth strategies. Based on-site in Chicago's Illinois Medical District, you will translate analysis into practical recommendations that help providers build lasting capabilities rather than react to industry disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements that improve physician enterprise access and the overall consumer experience.
• Gather, organize, and interpret data to surface insights that inform decision-making.
• Contribute to the design of solutions that streamline internal processes and accelerate growth initiatives.
• Prepare clear deliverables, presentations, and findings for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and teammates.
