Senior Digital Project Manager / Platform (all genders)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital agency seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager with strong platform expertise. In this role, you will independently manage multiple client projects across web, e-commerce, apps, and online marketing initiatives. You'll work within agile structures while applying classic methodologies where appropriate, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital client projects independently, overseeing scope, timeline, and budget
• Lead platform-focused projects from concept through delivery
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, driving digital strategies and solutions
• Serve as a problem-solver for both your team and clients, developing tailor-made approaches
• Support business development activities, including pitches and new client acquisition
• Present ideas and project updates in compelling ways that engage stakeholders
• Integrate AI tools meaningfully into project workflows
• Collaborate using project management platforms and communication tools

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital (IT) project management, ideally with platform project focus
• Strong background in agile agency environments with knowledge of classic project methodologies
• Deep understanding of how digital products and platforms are built across web, e-commerce, apps, and online marketing
• Experience advising clients as an equal partner throughout project lifecycles
• Familiarity with business development, pitch processes, and client acquisition
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, and similar)
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and highly structured work style
• Very strong German language skills (C1 minimum) required for current client projects; good English skills are a plus
• Openness to leveraging AI in daily work
