We are representing a confidential digital agency in Köln that seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead brand and campaign projects. Our talent team is looking for someone who thrives in agile environments and has a proven track record of bringing digital campaigns to life across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from concept through launch, including social, web, e-commerce, and online marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, overseeing content, timelines, and budgets while maintaining the strategic overview
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on brand and communications strategy
• Drive campaigns from initial concept through execution, translating brand messaging into targeted digital experiences
• Support acquisition efforts, pitches, and business development initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
• Utilize project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack) and integrate AI thoughtfully into workflows
• Present ideas compellingly to clients and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally focused on brand and campaign work
• Scrum certification is a plus
• Proven ability to manage digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
• Experience advising clients on brand and communications strategy
• Background in acquisition, pitches, and business development
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and similar collaboration tools
• Proactive, empathetic, and highly organized working style
• Comfort working in flat hierarchies and collaborative environments
• Excellent German language skills (required for current projects); good English proficiency is a plus
• Openness to AI integration and new technologies
