Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential retail technology organization seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to join their value chain product team in Paris. In this role, you will:
- Lead user research through quantitative and qualitative studies to translate business and user challenges into actionable opportunities
- Solve complex problems through strong analytical capabilities and value-driven prioritization
- Design innovative solutions for warehouse management, inventory optimization, quality tracking, sales forecasting, and partner purchasing systems
- Build user and business knowledge through atomic research methodologies
- Deliver user journeys efficiently in close collaboration with development teams
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across multi-disciplinary product teams
- Facilitate collaboration with international stakeholders across multiple product disciplines
- Establish and evolve design processes and tools to scale design maturity across business and product teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product design
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex initiatives
- Natural leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Experience working within agile squad structures
- Fluent English required for international collaboration
- Strong commitment to agile values: teamwork, continuous improvement, and feedback culture
- Passion for creating products with positive social impact
