(Senior) CRM Manager:in (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social technology company in Berlin, and we're seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their 5-person CRM team. In this role, you will:

• Drive engagement goals such as daily active user targets through strategic CRM initiatives
• Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in collaboration with content and advertising teams, with a focus on improving click-through rates
• Design and optimize automated multi-channel campaigns including onboarding sequences, reactivation flows, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messages
• Develop sophisticated user segmentation strategies based on interests, community participation, and behavioral patterns to deliver personalized experiences
• Partner with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted engagement measures
• Create comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, A/B test results, and goal achievement
• Collaborate with team members on best practices, content strategy, and optimal send timing

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on CRM experience
• Strong proficiency with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Creative problem-solving skills for increasing user engagement
• Proven track record building and analyzing multi-channel customer journeys and A/B tests
• Technical expertise in CRM infrastructure, link tracking, email deliverability, and platform optimization
• Self-directed and structured approach to planning and executing campaigns
• Native-level German proficiency and fluent English
• Passion for developing digital products with social impact
