About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization in Germany seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Senior Bauleiter) for projects in München, Stuttgart, or Karlsruhe. Our client specializes in complex high-rise and commercial building projects, offering modern structures, streamlined decision-making, and opportunities to take ownership of challenging builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial building projects independently from site setup through completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, on-site teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Control construction workflows and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges
• Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and internal and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and contract law, ideally including VOB (German construction contract procedures)
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
