About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization in Stuttgart seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for shell construction projects. Our client is an established company specializing in demanding high-rise and structural building projects, known for quality execution and professional project delivery.

This is a permanent position offering significant autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to manage complex construction phases from foundation to structural completion.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage demanding shell construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
• Ensure project execution meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate various trades and interfaces
• Maintain close communication with project management, clients, specialist planners, and stakeholders
• Oversee compliance with technical standards and contractual requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, advanced qualification as a Techniker/Meister, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in site management for shell construction or structural building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical and contractual regulations
• Pronounced sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• Fluency in German is required for this role
