We are representing a well-established construction company in Stuttgart that is seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) specializing in structural work. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sophisticated structural construction projects independently
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
• Ensure construction execution meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate various trades and interfaces
• Maintain close communication with project management, clients, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Degree in civil engineering, advanced certification as a technician/master craftsman, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for structural or commercial building work
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical and contractual regulations
• Proven sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational skills
• Independent, structured work approach with confident and communicative presence
• Fluency in German is required for this position
