About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction organization in Stuttgart that specializes in complex large-scale commercial building projects. Our client maintains a strong order pipeline and is known for quality execution and modern project delivery methods. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of major construction projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects with full accountability for delivery
• Coordinate project teams and manage all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and quality targets across all project phases
• Oversee contract management, change orders, risk mitigation, and financial project controls
• Serve as primary management-level contact for property owners, design consultants, authorities, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of proven experience managing complex commercial building or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of financial and technical project controls as well as construction contract law (VOB)
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based role
