About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established civil engineering construction firm in Frankfurt that delivers complex infrastructure projects. Our client is experiencing strong growth and seeks a Senior Construction Manager (m/w/d) for civil engineering projects. You will oversee challenging builds with significant autonomy, working close to your home base in the Frankfurt area.

Responsibilities

• Lead demanding civil engineering construction projects independently from planning through successful completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site construction teams
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards throughout project execution
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, engineering firms, and stakeholders during all construction phases
• Handle change order management and maintain comprehensive site documentation

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures), construction contract law, and change order management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
