Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau – Stuttgart / Karlsruhe

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Construction Manager for civil engineering projects. In this role, you will independently lead demanding infrastructure projects from initial work preparation through successful completion. You will manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams while maintaining responsibility for adherence to cost, schedule, and quality requirements. As the primary point of contact for clients, planning firms, and project stakeholders throughout the construction phase, you will also handle claims management and ensure complete project documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) as well as construction contract and claims management
• Pronounced leadership and organizational competence with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• German language proficiency required for this role
