Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau – Stuttgart / Karlsruhe

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization in the Stuttgart area, seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager for civil engineering projects. In this role, you will:

• Lead demanding civil engineering projects independently from preparation through successful completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, planning firms, and project stakeholders throughout construction phases
• Manage contract variations and claims processes
• Maintain complete and accurate site documentation

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of German construction contract law (VOB) and claims management
• Proven leadership and organizational competence with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
