What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate renewable energy project opportunities across target geographies
- Structure financial and technical frameworks for utility-scale and distributed renewable assets
- Develop investment proposals, valuation models, and business cases for deal review
- Manage project execution from initial engagement through financial close
- Build strategic relationships with renewable developers, contractors, and power purchasers
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to assess opportunity fit and returns
- Coordinate due diligence efforts with technical, legal, and environmental specialists
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities post-close
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands-on experience in renewable energy origination and deal execution
- Thorough understanding of renewable energy project finance, technologies, and market dynamics
- Proven success closing renewable energy transactions at scale
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
