• Support the department manager in reaching departmental sales targets and profit objectives
• Monitor and uphold quality assurance standards for products and department appearance
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly, customer-first attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including weekends
