Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at our Marietta location in Washington County. In this full-time position, you'll be the backbone of our online grocery fulfillment operation, selecting, packing, and delivering customer orders with precision and care.

About the Role

Our online grocery customers rely on you to bring their shopping lists to life with speed and accuracy. As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service excellence are essential every shift.

What You'll Do

• Locate and select products from store shelves according to customer online orders, prioritizing freshness and quality
• Accurately verify items match order specifications and check product expiration dates before packing
• Pack and assemble orders using appropriate materials to ensure products arrive in excellent condition
• Process coupons, discounts, and payment methods associated with customer orders
• Load completed orders into customers' vehicles with care during scheduled pickup times
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup area and manage inventory of packing supplies
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions that encourage repeat online shopping
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily order volume and service targets

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation and ability to work a consistent full-time schedule
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise order requirements
• Physical capability to lift, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Proficiency with computer systems or quick ability to learn our order management platform
• Customer service mindset with a positive, helpful attitude
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and verifying order totals
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
