About the Role
As a Forward Planner at Serco, you'll be part of our Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services team, collaborating on high-impact projects that directly support U.S. Army operations. This role combines analytical planning expertise with logistics coordination to ensure seamless supply chain operations and military readiness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain tactical and strategic supply chain plans aligned with Army Sustainment Command priorities
- Coordinate logistics schedules and resource allocation to support military operations and deployments
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast demands, and optimize distribution networks
- Collaborate with military stakeholders, logistics teams, and contractors to align planning objectives
- Monitor plan execution and adjust forecasts based on operational changes and emerging requirements
- Prepare reports and briefings on logistics status, risks, and recommendations for military leadership
What We're Looking For
- Experience with military logistics, defense supply chain, or related planning functions
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in planning tools and data analysis
